  • Consent Forms

    Consent forms will be sent to the client via e-mail. All insurances will be pre-checked for coverage benefits by HelloAlma.com.

  • Inital Intake Session

    Clients will have an opportunity to complete and assessment with the therapist, determine treatment goals, and work together to achieve a treatment plan.
