We are a team of compassionate, licensed mental health professionals committed to providing inclusive, high-quality therapy to individuals across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We specialize in working with adults, young adults, children, and seniors who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, chronic illness, and relational stress. All appointments will take place in the comfort of your own environment, encouraging safe and individualized care. We provide virtual telehealth sessions in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
